What this site collects.

The readiness check runs in your browser. Its answers are not submitted unless you choose to include them with a valuation request. The site does not save your answers in browser storage. If you choose to save preparation notes, a text file downloads to your device; saving it does not submit your answers.

When you submit a request, the site stores the contact and business details you provide, whether your inquiry concerns a sale or purchase, your contact consent and any readiness answers you choose to include. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Readiness answers are shared only if you select the option to include them. When email alerts are enabled, the email provider receives a generic alert and a request reference, without your contact details or financial answers.

What to leave out.

Do not include tax returns, account numbers, Social Security numbers, employee details or customer lists in this form. If we move forward, we can arrange an appropriate way to exchange financial information.

This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
